  We stayed for a long weekend (Wed - Sun) during spring break. It was a very nice get away. House and location is perfect! Just a couple steps to the beach. Nice privat beach are with food, drinks and restrooms. Would come every time again. No complains. Very quiet neigbourhood. Loved it!

The place was great. Clean as can be and was furnished nicely. While the beach isn't right across the street, this house makes the walk worth it (very short, just a couple minutes). The pool right outside the front door is always an option too.

This house is very nicely furnished and clean. The pool is right there and the beach is just 1/4 mile walk. I would recommend this house to all my family and friends.

September to Remember! 

I worried about space for 10 family members from the minute I booked the trip, imagine my pleasure when I opened the door to the most spacious, open kitchen and living/dining room. PERFECT for entertaining our family. The rooms and bathrooms keep us far enough apart so that we had breathing time when we needed, the pool was so close the teenagers could go ahead of us with no worries. Renting bikes was a bonus for the beach and both resturants that were close. Though we were so close to so many ammenities of a vacation spot, we still felt tucked away and private enough to enjoy our time together as a family. The house was kept impeccably, not to mention tastefully updated and decorated. Hats off to the property managers, as when a tiny problem arose it was addressed IMMEDIATELY! WE WILL RETURN and were happy to see that indeed we had room for two more.

Recommended for: Age 55+,  Girls Getaway,  Tourists without a Car,  Families with Teenagers,  Families with Young Children

We had 4 generations (5 adults and 2 children) in the house and it was awesome. There was enough space for everyone, so we never felt crowded. Everything that we needed was supplied. We had the pool heated and it was heaven, especially since the first few days were cool and rainy. We will definitely be back next year.

My family stayed at the Serendipity July 27 - August 3, 2013. That was our second stay; we stayed last year as well. We love the house and its layout and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We are possibly coming back in October and that will be where we stay. The house has all the comforts of home. The Emerald Shore subdivision always feels safe and the people staying in the subdivision seem very friendly. I highly recommend the Serendipity. Spacious, super clean and ample towels. The pool which was heated as we requested was fantastic! A private home is not our usual choice but having stayed here we will definitely do this again.
