Paradise Reef is Incredible Paradise Reef is a beautiful home! It is spotless and well maintained with modern decor. I cannot say enough good things about this home. It is a very short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again.

Destin has been a favorite spot of mine for several years but this past trip was even more special because I was able to share it with my family and show them around paradise on the beach. We were fortunate enough to find and rent Casa De Avalon and it was perfect! The coziness of the home and all of the great amenities, including the private beach access, made this an amazing family vacation filled with treasured memories! The house is so cute and so charming and my family and I loved staying there and we look forward to the next visit!! New Review for Gulfview 205 in Destin!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It was a little smaller than we are accustomed to but again, we fit well in it. The balcony views are nice, although not beachfront, you still have a nice view of the ocean. The pools and jacuzzi for this property were nice and well maintained. The beds were comfortable in GV 205 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental process was very easy and the rates for this condo were very cost effective compared to other similar beach homes/condos. Parking was not a problem and there are quite a few restaurants and activities within walking distance. The only con to this unit for us was that it does not have a washer and dryer. The common washer and dryer is literally steps away from the front door but at $1.50 per load and you have to dry each load 2 or 3 times, I recommend doing minimal laundry. Overall, I would recommend this condo and we would stay again.

Our friends and my husband and I stayed just for a few days at this beautifully decorated house. The private pool was really nice and the walk to the beach wasnt that bad. It was maybe a good 5-10 minute walk and the beaches were so pretty. I would stay here again the next time we plan to go to FL. Thanks! Rosalyn

Spacious, super clean and ample towels. The pool which was heated as we requested was fantastic! A private home is not our usual choice but having stayed here we will definitely do this again.

We stayed at this lovely home in February and were extremely happy with the house. It is incredibly comfortable and clean. The beds are pure heaven. The master bathroom is wonderful with an oversized shower and double vanity. The owners have really paid attention to detail and this was appreciated by us. Well appointed kitchen was a pleasure to prepare meals in. The pool area was lovely and very private. The neighborhood is friendly and extremely quiet. Just a short walk to the beach and short drive to all the shopping you would want. Special thanks to Bill who was extremely helpful. It will be a pleasure do do business with him in the future.
