Our family truly enjoyed the stay at Serendipity in July 2015. The house is very spacious, we had no trouble accommodating 9 guests. Each room had a king bed which was very important to us. We didn't want any of the couples to have to sleep in bunk beds or small beds like the ones found in many 3br rental homes. The kitchen had a regular coffee maker as well as a keurig brewer, both of which we used throughout the stay. There is a gas grill on the patio- one night we picked up some fresh grouper from the market and had a feast! The living areas are spacious and at no time did we feel cramped in the home.
I'd recommend bringing along some type of collapsible wagon to help haul things to the beach. There were a few golf carts driving through that would periodically give us a lift to and from the beach. The beach itself is well kept, and the staff is friendly.
The neighborhood has 2 pools and a tennis court. We didn't use the pools as we are all more of ocean people when at the beach, but they appeared clean. The house is centrally located to many Destin attractions. Capt Dave's restaurant is just next door, and several other restaurants are close by. Overall, everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Serendipity. It is a spacious homes with nice upgrades. Having 3 King beds is nice and comfortable! The 2 living rooms allows for the group to spread out a bit! There is a wagon on site to pull your beach toys and coolers to the beach. Beach Chairs are available on the beach for a fee. The walk is usually only about 5 minutes for most people, just about a 1/4 mile. During the Summer, there is also a free tram to take people to and from the beach! We stayed for a long weekend (Wed - Sun) during spring break. It was a very nice get away. House and location is perfect! Just a couple steps to the beach. Nice privat beach are with food, drinks and restrooms. Would come every time again. No complains. Very quiet neigbourhood. Loved it!
