This is our 2nd year in Destin, but our 1st time staying in this condo. The decor is very well done and stylish! The master bath is very roomy and nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and the balcony access from master also. The balcony is quite large, lots of room to dine and hang out there, which we did when not at the beach. We loved this condo so much that we plan to book it next year too!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our Response: So happy you enjoyed Sterling Shores #607! We pride ourselves in making sure this condo stays in tip top condition and are constantly thinking of ways to improve it! We've recently added a new tile floor in the master bedroom that looks like hardwood floors! The master bathroom has been updated with glass tile around the jacuzzi tub and will undergo another upgrade this fall with a new clear glass shower enclosure and glass tile! Can't wait to see the finished work! Look forward to having you back on your next trip!

Great house! Beautifully decorated, nice amenities and very well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Loved the pool and having it heated was wonderful. Although weather was decent, those few extra degrees made it very enjoyable to be spring-time. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this condo! The location was great and right in the center of Destin. It was very clean, great décor, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. I would definitely go back and stay there again!

We were very pleased with the home and the gated community. Just a short walk to the beach. The house is tucked away off the street and had all the kitchen tools you would need. The home is very clean, comfortable and inviting. Although it was too chilly to use the pool it looked very well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

So happy you enjoyed your stay at Pipers Penny in the gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores! This home is well kept and nicely furnished! It has nice upgrades and all the comforts of home! So sorry the weather was not what you hoped it would be. The pool is heated though and would have normally been very inviting! Emerald Shores is a private, gated community very close to the beach with amenities unmatched by any other neighborhood in Destin! There are 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, and the most unique feature is the private beach cabana right on the beach with picnic tables, showers, restrooms, and a short order cafe! 	DESTINation! was our DESTINY! Loved loved loved it!
	We arrived midweek hoping to get lunch and head to the pool. Got to house and felt like we were in a private club...in fact - WE WERE! Private, quiet gated community within walking distance of the beach with a private pool for residents. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family or college friend gathering. Staff from Crystal Waters were so helpful and accommodating. This spacious house was perfect for us right down to the ammenities like blow dryers, beach towels, washer/dryer, satellite tv, & flat screens throughout the house. Plenty of baths so we could all get ready for dinner at the same time..hey - it was six women! Everything was within easy reach including bike rental. We loved the location because it was close to great restaurants yet soooo peaceful. Had a private beach with great chairs and umbrellas available along with a private bar at our service at the Cabana on the beach. I have been to St. Thomas, St. John, Palm Beach, Key West and St Pete. This is by far the perfect vacation getaway. A private residence with all the best at your fingertips - FABULOUS! Thanks to Bill and Terry from Crystal Waters for making a group trip for high school friends the perfect reunion. Called this our DESTINation and we meant it. WE WILL BE BACK!.....and we are bringing friends! 	Beautiful condo overlooking clear water and perfect beach! Spacious condo with everything available..including beach towels! Very private and safe - a plus for a single female traveler. Loved the location - so close to everything but so peaceful. Private cabana and a private beach. Perfect for a beach vacation or just a much needed sabatical. Crystal Waters staff great and easy to work with on details. Couldn't pick a better company to work with. Loved the furnishings too. Great look and feel and soooo comfy. 	Property was awesome, up to date, clean and close to everything. Totally stocked with linens and kitchen items. Photos don't do it justice. Within 5 mins of the beach. View of the pool from the front porch. Close to all beach rentals, and the bikes were delivered to us and picked up. Close enough to ride bikes to restaurants. Just a couple miles from major shopping. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us. Couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable about the town and surrounding areas. I would recommend to everyone. Am already planning another trip with my boyfriend and want to stay in exact place. Imagine it will be a yearly trip. Weather was beautiful and at the time of year we were here, it was not crowded. Enough people to interact with if you chose, but not right on top of you if you wanted your privacy at the pool and or the beach. Recommended for: Pet-friendly,  Adventure Seekers,  Girls Getaway,  Tourists without a Car,  Sightseeing,  Romantic Getaway
