Perfect Family Get Away

My family and I recently stayed here and it was exactly the vacation we needed. The house was very clean and perfect for hanging in and making dinner or just relaxing on one of the several porches. We also loved the neighborhood itself, very friendly and safe. The house is walking distance to the beach and pool; we utilized the beach more however (the beach and temp of the water was too good to pass up) but I loved having the pool so close for young children. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!!

The covered front porch has fans now and makes a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy! The gated neighborhood makes one feel more secluded and private. Beautiful Beach Retreat

Date of Stay - May 24, 2014

What an amazing house. Gave us close beach access without the crowd of being right on beach. House was immaculate and comfortable. Having the private pool was just an added bonus. Cant wait to come back!

Great Home and Location!

We loved this home!  A little tricky to find in the dark but worth it. Very close to beach easy walk or catch the shuttle. Nice pool and could walk to restaurants. The walking/bike trails are in front of this area and very nice. I used them every morning. This company was the best to deal with and answered my questions quickly. Loved having key code so the 9 of us could come and go without worry of keys. Everything was pretty clean. Kitchen a little lacking on cooking material but we made do. I brought a griddle which helped a lot. The only disappointment is you can not see the ocean, but would use this place again. Thanks.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was a bargain for what we got. The check in process was very simple. Anytime I called the manager day or night with questions they answered, and were helpful.

This house is exactly as described. Looks just like the pictures! The house was clean and in good shape! The pool was perfect too. Very clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a great wagon to carry it all to the beach. The beach entrance is about 1/4 mile away. We had a 10yr old and a 7yr old and they made the walk back and forth with ease. We took their bikes too and even rode bikes a few times to and from the beach. The beach entrance has a place for bikes. The beach is gorgeous and clean!! There is also a public access with parking/restrooms and an area to wash the sand off not too far up the road from the private access area. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Perfect for families. We had grandparents, aunt, my husband and myself with two kids and the house was plenty big enough for us all. The only thing I didn't like about it was that you have to bring/buy all the little things like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. The beds were comfortable, but not the best ever. We loved having a pool at the house so the kids could swim while we grilled out or after breakfast before heading to the beach.

The place was great. Clean as can be and was furnished nicely. While the beach isn't right across the street, this house makes the walk worth it (very short, just a couple minutes). The pool right outside the front door is always an option too.

 Perfect size and love the pool!, June 3, 2014

This home worked perfectly for my family. My father is in a wheelchair and its all one level layout was perfect. We loved having a screened-in pool as well. Plus, the location was close to the beach. The only thing I would suggest is that the homeowners leave the garage door opener so it makes it easier on the renters. Other than that, it was a great home!
