New Review for Dolphin's Retreat

This house is exactly as described. Looks just like the pictures! The house was clean and in good shape! The pool was perfect too. Very clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a great wagon to carry it all to the beach. The beach entrance is about 1/4 mile away. We had a 10yr old and a 7yr old and they made the walk back and forth with ease. We took their bikes too and even rode bikes a few times to and from the beach. The beach entrance has a place for bikes. The beach is gorgeous and clean!! There is also a public access with parking/restrooms and an area to wash the sand off not too far up the road from the private access area. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Perfect for families. We had grandparents, aunt, my husband and myself with two kids and the house was plenty big enough for us all. The only thing I didn't like about it was that you have to bring/buy all the little things like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. The beds were comfortable, but not the best ever. We loved having a pool at the house so the kids could swim while we grilled out or after breakfast before heading to the beach.
