Amazing condo and property

This condo's location is excellent: right across from the gulf and a corner unit. You can see the gulf from the patio and from the living room and bedroom. Convenient beach access. The condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished; the living room furniture is very comfy and chic. The pool is lovely,and the fitness room has good equipment. The condo was very clean and inviting. The kitchen is well-equipped. I prefer a small property like this one to the high rises.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children,  Pet-friendly,  Sightseeing,  Girls Getaway,  Adventure Seekers,  Age 55+

First Trip to Destin

We loved this home for our first trip to Destin. It was homey and perfect for three couples and a small dog. Everyone in the neighborhood were super nice as we walked our dog each day. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect temp for late afternoon dip. Great for a low key vacation.

Our family truly enjoyed the stay at Serendipity in July 2015. The house is very spacious, we had no trouble accommodating 9 guests. Each room had a king bed which was very important to us. We didn't want any of the couples to have to sleep in bunk beds or small beds like the ones found in many 3br rental homes. The kitchen had a regular coffee maker as well as a keurig brewer, both of which we used throughout the stay. There is a gas grill on the patio- one night we picked up some fresh grouper from the market and had a feast! The living areas are spacious and at no time did we feel cramped in the home.

I'd recommend bringing along some type of collapsible wagon to help haul things to the beach. There were a few golf carts driving through that would periodically give us a lift to and from the beach. The beach itself is well kept, and the staff is friendly.

The neighborhood has 2 pools and a tennis court. We didn't use the pools as we are all more of ocean people when at the beach, but they appeared clean. The house is centrally located to many Destin attractions. Capt Dave's restaurant is just next door, and several other restaurants are close by. Overall, everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Serendipity. It is a spacious homes with nice upgrades. Having 3 King beds is nice and comfortable! The 2 living rooms allows for the group to spread out a bit! There is a wagon on site to pull your beach toys and coolers to the beach. Beach Chairs are available on the beach for a fee. The walk is usually only about 5 minutes for most people, just about a 1/4 mile. House was amazing.   I have 4 boys, so to be able to spread out in the 3 bedroom house was a lifesaver compared to being cooped up in a hotel.  House was very clean and the management team had great instructions on how to access everything. they were also  very responsive if anything i had any questions during our stay.  comments i would have for the next guests:   the house did not have any food/condiments left or added -- so be prepared to bring / buy all your items.  the house did come with basic supplies that will last you a day or so --- be prepared to by all your soap, shampoo, paper products as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher soap.  the walk to the beach was manageable.  the house provides a wagon that helps a lot with the toys, cooler and chairs.  wagon did have one wheel that struggled a bit.  Our issue with boys 8 and 9 was the walk back --- just a struggle being wet and having to walk back with everything after a long day at the beach.  We adjusted and drove the short distance which was better for us. FYI, you can rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach -- i think $30 a day for 2 chairs.  Overall,  one of our best family vacations -- house was great,  beach kept us busy all week.

  We stayed for a long weekend (Wed - Sun) during spring break. It was a very nice get away. House and location is perfect! Just a couple steps to the beach. Nice privat beach are with food, drinks and restrooms. Would come every time again. No complains. Very quiet neigbourhood. Loved it!

Our family loved the house, plenty of room for all 10 of us. Everything was so clean..loved that it was a locked area and we all felt safe. Definitely would go back.

Truly enjoyed our month at Emerald Breeze. Loved the house setup, the little back patio and partially fenced in area. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you need for cooking for two or a crowd. The house was super clean, no bugs, TVs were all great and got good reception. Wireless internet works well. Location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and two pools, one of which was heated. People were friendly and we enjoyed wonderful customer service the one time we called regarding an outside deck ceiling fan. The only thing that bothered us was the fact we had to leave at the end of the month! Love love love the place! Recommend it to everybody and hope to go back next year for several months!

Best Vacation ever!!     5 STARS!
We stayed during the summer 2014 and will try to get same house this summer!! There was nothing we didn't like about the house! Very spacious and very clean!!  Very short walk to the beach, but they still have a shuttle that will take you back and forth!  Nice pool next to the house for the evenings!   We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.  We contacted the rental agency one time and quickly they came and assisted us.  Thank you for the welcoming stay!
