Great location!!!!! A PLUS Home! 
We had the grandkids and daughter with us.......the weather was a bit cool but for what the kids wanted to do it was great. Publix cooked the Turkey and Ham and all the sides......House was all set for us with beach stuff and all of the stuff in the kitchen. So had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and home had big screen TV for football too........Thanks we will look for to October stay in the future!!!!!

The Paradise Reef home was perfect for our family vacation over Thanksgiving week. It is extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and is supplied with everything you need (besides obviously groceries etc). The fenced in patio area was great to have our morning coffee & our little dog was able to run around out there. It was too cool to use the pool but it would be very nice in warmer weather, particularly if you have younger children. We did go to the beach 3 days & we used the chairs in the garage - very nice that these were available for our use!! There were toys, etc for children too but we did not use them. The house is big and everyone had their own space which was important when we were stuck inside because of rain a couple of days. There were just 4 of us - my husband & I and our 2 adult children and our small dog. Very relaxing and enjoyable family time together.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Paradise Reef!  Thanks for taking such great care of our home too!  The house is special and we do our best to make it comfortable for everyone!  The backyard is very private and the pool is very refreshing in the Summer!  Look forward to having you back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier with this home and the location. The neighborhood is very nice and located in a gated community. All of the neighbors were very friendly! The pool is beautiful and was awesome to have our privacy when we wanted it. The beach is about a block or so away and we walked there often. Also, a great restaurant, Capt. Dave's On The Gulf is also walking distance and it was SO good that we ate their twice! The entire area (Miramar Beach and Destin) is just beautiful. We had such a good time that we plan on coming back every year!

My husband and I have not been on a vacation in 16 years. We flew from So. California and met our family from Colorado at Ocean Dreams. We rented the house for 10 days and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We were in a lovely neighborhood, close to the ocean which was gorgeous! The beach was clean, white powder sand, families, etc. It was so much nicer than the Pacific and West Coast beaches. We were even fortunate enough to swim with a sea turtle, fun little fishes and a jelly fish. Don't touch the jellies! :-) The home we rented was large enough for the 8 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were nice a large. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. They thought of everything you could think of for vacationers to be comfortable like they were at home. We will come again and encourage you to be confident in this particular rental home. We had a wonderful experience and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much to the management for creating a great vacation experience for us.

Perfect for a large group of ladies!

This was the perfect house for a large group of ladies. It was laid out perfectly and the split sink/shower setups are genius! Everyone could have their own space, the kitchen was well-appointed and there were plenty of linens for everyone. One thing I would advise guests to prepare to bring rolling coolers and utilize the dropoff gated area for gear specifically for guests. There is a shuttle, as well. There was also a bathroom just for guests right on the beach. The location to everything in town is great, and the neighborhood is very cute and felt safe. Would stay there again!

EVERYTHING about this place is perfect! The Decor, the location. The place was imaculate when we arrived. Being located between the heart of Destin and San Destin made getting to anywhere we wanted to be, in minutes. The landscaping around Sterling shores was so beautiful. And no words can describe the beach! Perfect place to stay. The pool on the beach is very nice to have access to. Not to mention the Back porch that's accross the street. The owners are very profesional and made the stay a breeze for us. My wife and I will absolutely be staying here again. Thanks Bill and Terry for everything! You guys rock!!!

Thanks to the owners and realtors of the Caribbean Sun home my Daughters Day weekend was a complete success. Everyone were please with the home.. It had plenty of room for the 5 adults, one teenager and 3 year old....It had everything we needed for bathing, sleeping and cooking (except Food of course) The house was clean and yard well kept...Once again I thank all involved in making our first Daughters Day a day to remember....Have a wonderful and God filled Day

This is our first stay at Beach Retreat (room 111) It was clean, inviting, and the set-up was awesome (three bedrooms & bunk beds in a niche in the foyer area). Even though it shows that the beach is across the street, the street is so small that it wasn't an issue at all. The condo is probably a shorter walk to the beach than most condos listed as beachfront. The pool was beautiful and clean. The only thing I wish would improve would be more supervision of pool area at night. The pool rules are clearly posted for the guests, but the No Smoking one was ignored by many. My child has asthma and smoke is a problem. There was no one to report this to. In the condo's defense, most condos don't have someone to notify at night. So much to do here. Crab Island is Heaven on earth. Ice cream trucks pass constantly, even ice cream boats on the beach! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family loved this home it was big and spacious lots of space for everyone. Washer and dryer came in handy. We will definitely come back! The customer service with the company was awesome, the maintenance service was great too, they stopped by to look at something while we were there and they were in and out held a friendly conversation with us and fixed what needed to fixed! Spacious and accommodating for family vacation. In lovely gated community of Emerald Shores w 2 community pools and beautifully maintained lawns, etc. House has living room areas on two levels, and this was perfect since we had grandchildren w us. Kitchen is well stocked. Towels were plentiful, which was a bonus. Sheets could use upgrading given cost of rental. Overall, this is a beautiful and roomy vacation rental. It is near the back of Emerald Shores, making it farther from the beach but certainly walkable.

This was our second stay at Serendipity and was just as great as the first. The staff and the house are perfect, this is where you want to stay. Everywhere you turn from linens, space, appliances, location, it's all perfect. Thanks Terry and tell everyone else thanks too. This is not the least expensive house in Emerald Shores but it is by far the best value. We definitely recommend!! Stayed May 2007 and Aug 2014.

We have just arrived at this beautiful home and we absolutely love it! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and it has a great layout; maximizing every square foot or space! The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are layed out perfectly. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking and anything else. The house is immaculately clean and neat. Everything is up to date. Overall we love everything about it and we would be happy to stay here again! The pictures don't do it just. I highly recommend this particular house to anyone.

Always a great trip!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Dew Drop Inn with family. It is a terrific house with a great floorplan and fantastic furnishings. We love to cook here because everything you need is here. Just a quick trip to the beach and across the street from the neighborhood pool. Love it!
