We stayed here with our family and it was great for everyone of all ages. The kiddos LOVED the pool and I loved how close it was to the beach, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Emerald Breeze is a Fan Favorite!

Our family spent four wonderful days in Emerald Breeze - we had seven adults & three kids & plenty of room for everyone to sleep & eat. The bathrooms are a stroke of genius! The beach is just about five minutes away & the pool was just across the street. We had a great mini vacation & hope to make it an annual event. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Condo was as advertised, two bedroom with kings, two bath with great view of gulf. Unit was clean and everything was in working order. It was great to be on the first floor, enabling you to walk out and sit on your patio. We had a dog with us, so the first floor was perfect. Check in and out was extremely easy. We visited the pool and hot tub and both were very nice. Not too many of the condos along the beach road have as nice a view as this one does. Also easy walking distance to Kenny D's (which we loved!) and other restaurants. There are two bunk beds for those that have kids. We didn't need those but nice to have them if you do. Unit is convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We also took a short drive to Seaside and other beaches just to check them out.

Guests Love Paradise Reef!
First Trip to Destin
We loved this home for our first trip to Destin. It was homey and perfect for three couples and a small dog. Everyone in the neighborhood were super nice as we walked our dog each day. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect temp for late afternoon dip. Great for a low key vacation.
This home truly is a gem. Back in a quiet community with a private pool, plus a very walk-able distance to the beach and a few restaurants along the coastline. Check this home out for your next journey to the Emerald Coast!

Our family truly enjoyed the stay at Serendipity in July 2015. The house is very spacious, we had no trouble accommodating 9 guests. Each room had a king bed which was very important to us. We didn't want any of the couples to have to sleep in bunk beds or small beds like the ones found in many 3br rental homes. The kitchen had a regular coffee maker as well as a keurig brewer, both of which we used throughout the stay. There is a gas grill on the patio- one night we picked up some fresh grouper from the market and had a feast! The living areas are spacious and at no time did we feel cramped in the home.
I'd recommend bringing along some type of collapsible wagon to help haul things to the beach. There were a few golf carts driving through that would periodically give us a lift to and from the beach. The beach itself is well kept, and the staff is friendly.
The neighborhood has 2 pools and a tennis court. We didn't use the pools as we are all more of ocean people when at the beach, but they appeared clean. The house is centrally located to many Destin attractions. Capt Dave's restaurant is just next door, and several other restaurants are close by. Overall, everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Serendipity. It is a spacious homes with nice upgrades. Having 3 King beds is nice and comfortable! The 2 living rooms allows for the group to spread out a bit! There is a wagon on site to pull your beach toys and coolers to the beach. Beach Chairs are available on the beach for a fee. The walk is usually only about 5 minutes for most people, just about a 1/4 mile. During the Summer, there is also a free tram to take people to and from the beach!
