This condo is amazing! I stayed here in October, 2013. I booked this condo based on the pictures on the website but didn't really expect a lot. The pictures don't do justice to the property. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. There are plenty of big towels. Both rooms has ample closet space and hangers are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with all cookware and dishes. I didn't use either of the pools on the property but they appear to be great. The owners were extremely helpful and nice and I didn't have any problems during my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a beautiful condo in Destin, FL.

We very much enjoyed our trip to the beach. We are in our 50’s now and have enjoyed many different beaches in many places. We love to come back to the Mirimar Beach/Destin area because there we find some of the most beautiful beaches in world. That’s probably why we saw 3 weddings one night on the beach this trip – even in October! The Bermuda House is very close to the beach – a very easy walk. The gazebo at the beach is the perfect place for someone who doesn’t like the sand or if a quick shower pops up. The house is great, too. The inside is very well done and up-to-date. With just the 2 of us, we didn't really need the 5 bedrooms. We invited others to join us, but they couldn’t – their loss! For sure, next time we’ll bring the grandkids – they’ll love the bunk beds. The neighborhood environment is great, too, especially for kids. The cul-de-sac begs for kids on bikes. It is quiet and so opposite the touristy feel you get with most Florida trips. Yet the house is an easy walk to restaurants that other people have to drive miles to enjoy: Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Whale's Tail, and Kenny D's. We recommend the Bermuda House to anyone who loves the beach or anyone who loves being with people who love the beach.

This was a great place for my husband, myself and our 4 boys. This condo was very clean and well maintained. We didn't mind crossing the road to get to the beach. We loved the view of the beach from the sofa. Our boys liked the hot tub access in the cooler evenings.

We just returned from our week vacation/convention to Destin. We rented this house and was skeptical, but ,it proved to be everything and more. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was great for our family-- the split bedroom plan perfect for the smaller children. The pool was an awesome addition. My husband has prosthetic leg and the property was great for his limitations...Thank you again, we will definitely rent again!!!

It was a great vacation home to stay in! It had everything and the beach is close by,the pool was great, and so was the grill! Very nice! We would rented again.

This was our first vacation to the Destin area. We came for a last minute vacation with our 2 kids and were thrilled when we opened the door to find the condo exactly as it was pictured. It is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our family. The kids loved that it was right on the beach, no roads to cross. The beach was not overly crowded which was great. It is updated and beautifully decorated, just as the website stated. We were originally looking at places in Destin but after staying here, this is the place where we will return. We hope we can stay at your condo on every trip to Miramar Beach. It is much quieter than busy Destin. We are so glad that we found your place. It was a pleasure working with Crystal Waters Realty. The condo was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled to find beach supplies in the closet. Makes it easy so we don't have to pack extra things when we fly to our newly found paradise. The view from the condo was breathtaking. We will miss waking up to the ocean when we return home, but we all have many wonderful memories of our stay. I highly recommend renting a condo to anyone traveling with children. It is so much better than staying in a hotel. We had everything we needed except groceries and beach towels! I only hope I can get most of the sand swept off the floors!!

So glad you were happy with our condo!  Beach House 604D does have some nice upgrades and the view from the top floor is incredible!  We do our best to keep it in tip top shape and ready for our guests to enjoy!  Being beach front and gated, does make it a little more private and secluded that those on 98.  You found our little piece of paradise and we are happy to share it with you!  Look forward to your next trip!
